IS THERE A FEE TO ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM?
No, there is no membership fee to participate in MyMall Rewards.

HOW TO ENROLL IN MYMALL REWARDS PROGRAM AND START ACCUMULATING POINTS?
- To get a physical card, please visit the information desk at the GF of any LeMall branch and ask for your physical card after creating account.
- To get the digital card on your device, download LeMall Lebanon mobile app to your Android™ or iPhone® device. Follow the prompts to create an account and register a digital MyMall Rewards card

WHAT BENEFITS DO I HAVE AS A CLASSIC MEMBER? AS A PLUS MEMBER?
Classic members in MyMall Rewards get:
- 1 point per LBP 30,000 spent
- Carry-on of points to the higher tier
- As a CLASSIC member, your points do not expire
When you collect 300 qualifying points, you reach PLUS Status.
PLUS members in MyMall Rewards get:
- 1 point per LBP 6,000 spent
- 100,000 LBP LeMall Gift Card for every 3000 points collected
- 30% in all VIP theaters at Cinemall from Monday to Thursday excluding holidays
- 20% discount at Pan Pot in LeMall Dbayeh
- Double Points during the week of your Birthday
- Yearly Double-Points Day
- Invites to events
- As a PLUS member, your points expiry date is up to two years as of the date of issuance until the 31st of March of the following year

HOW WILL I KNOW I HAVE REACHED PLUS STATUS?
You’ll reach PLUS Status when you collect 300 qualifying points. Once you reach Plus, your qualifying points will be reset to 0 and you should collect again 1500 qualifying points to maintain Plus level. If you do, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You'll also notice a change in your LeMall Lebanon app under MyMall Rewards section when you reach PLUS Status, as your digital card will turn from blue to silver and you'll begin to redeem a 100,000 LBP Gift Card for every 3000 points.

DO I NEED TO KEEP COLLECTING POINTS TO MAINTAIN MY PLUS MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. PLUS members are required to earn a minimum of 1500 qualifying points to maintain their status.

WHAT IS THE YEARLY DOUBLE POINTS DAY? HOW CAN I USE IT?
PLUS members are entitled to one day a year during which they earn double the points on all eligible purchases. If you hold a physical card, please head to the information desk and ask to activate this feature. You can also use your digital account on LeMall Lebanon app to select the Double-Points Day feature available on your homepage.
Double-Points Day can not be selected during the member's birthday week.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS THAT I GET ON MY BIRTHDAY?
As a PLUS member, you can benefit from double points on all your purchases made on your first visit to LeMall during your birthday week.

WHAT IS THE YOUTH PROGRAM?
If you are between 13 and 23 years old, then you are eligible to enroll in the Youth program of MyMall Rewards.
The Youth program of MyMall Rewards offers valuable discounts every Monday at Cinemall and every Wednesday in various restaurants and coffee shops excluding holidays and promotions at all LeMall branches.

HOW CAN I KNOW MORE ABOUT THE YOUTH DISCOUNTS?
Once you create an account and are qualified as a Youth member, you will find the list of discount rates on MyMall Rewards homepage on our website and the landing page of MyMall Rewards on the App.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP TO THE YOUTH PROGRAM?
You must create an account using LeMall Lebanon mobile app and verify your age using Facebook or by presenting a valid ID card at the information desk of any LeMall branch. LeMall and its cinemas, restaurants and coffee shops reserve the right to deny any member to the Youth discounts in case of suspected fraud.

HOW DO I BENEFIT FROM THE YOUTH PROGRAM DISCOUNTS?
You must present your digital MyMall Rewards card available on the mobile app when buying your movie ticket, or paying the check at the coffee shops and restaurants.

HOW MANY DISCOUNTS DO I GET PER DAY?
Each youth member is entitled to 1 discount on 1 movie ticket per day. Discounts in restaurants and coffee shops are granted per check (Terms & conditions apply). Please check the offer details of each restaurant on the website or mobile app.

DO I NEED TO SHOW MY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL CARD EVERY TIME I WANT TO COLLECT POINTS?
Yes. The cashier will not automatically know you are member of MyMall Rewards. To collect points as a member of MyMall Rewards, you will need to present your physical or digital card with every purchase made at the participating stores.

CAN I SHARE MY ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PERSON?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or any other person than the account holder.

CAN I GIVE MY POINTS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No. Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or any other person than the account holder.

CAN I USE BOTH A PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL CARD?
Yes. You can use your registered physical card along with your digital card as long as you log in to the app with the same account credentials.

CAN I SHARE MY ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PERSON?

Points Earning
HOW DO I EARN POINTS IN MYMALL REWARDS?
You earn 1 point for every LBP 6,000 spent at the participating retail stores. The earning rate of the CLASSIC Status is different from that of the PLUS Status.

DO MY POINTS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?
If you are a CLASSIC member, the Points you collect will have no expiry until you reach the PLUS Status.
When you reach the PLUS Status, your points will expire every 31st of March of the next calendar year. For example, if you earn points on June 2nd, 2017, then your points will expire on March 31st 2019.

WHAT ABOUT THE CENTS I SPEND? DO THEY COUNT?
- Yes. Cents are rounded to the nearest 10. For 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 we round down. For 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 we round up. For example, 22.3 points eraned will show as 24 points in your balance.
- You can always check your points' balance at the information desk or in the mobile app.

CAN I EARN POINTS AT ANY LEMALL STORE?
You can earn points only at the participating retail stores.
Electronics, jewelry stores, coffee shops, restaurants, services and entertainment areas are excluded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO REFUND A CERTAIN PURCHASE?
If you refund a purchase on which you already earned points, LeMall will deduct these points from your balance.

DO I EARN POINTS IF I PURCHASE A LEMALL GIFT CARD?
No. Points are not earned upon purchasing the gift card. However, points are granted upon using the gift card towards purchases at LeMall's participating retail stores.

WHEN WILL THE POINTS EARNED SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT?
Points for qualifying purchases need up to 15 days to be added to your account.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY MISSING POINTS?
Your receipts are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

Points Redemption
HOW DO I REDEEM MYMALL REWARDS POINTS?
For redemption at LeMall Information Desk:
Present your physical or digital card along with a valid ID card to the information desk team available on the Ground Floor, and ask for your desired reward value.
For online redemption:
Access your account on LeMall Lebanon app and click on the “Redeem” bottom. This will lead you to a page where you can select your reward value. Once you confirm, you will receive a code by SMS. Show the code to the information desk team to get your Gift Card.

DOES THE GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
Yes. The Gift Card expires after one year from its activation date.

HOW AND WHERE DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
After you collect 3000 redeemable points, you can redeem LeMall Gift Card for a value of 100,000 LBP at any time before your points expire – either choose to redeem your points in LeMall Lebanon app or ask at the Information Desk available on the Ground Floor.
Once your reward is redeemed, 3000 Points will be removed from your Points balance. You will continue to earn a Gift Card worth 100,000 LBP for every 3000 redeemable points you accumulate. For example, if you have 3000 redeemable Points, you’re eligible to redeem a Gift Card worth 100,000 LBP.

CAN I EARN MORE THAN 3000 POINTS AT A TIME? IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY GIFT CARDS I REDEEM?
As a PLUS member, you’re eligible for a Gift Card worth 100,000 LBP every 3000 redeemable points, but you don’t have to redeem it right away. As long as you make sure your points don’t expire, you can continue to accumulate beyond 3000 Points. For example, you can accumulate 6000 points in your account and redeem two Gift Cards worth 100,000 LBP each or one Gift Card worth 200,000 LBP.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I’VE REACHED 3000 POINTS?
You can log in to your account on LeMall Lebanon app to track your points balance. You can also inquire about your balance anytime at the Information Desk available on the Ground Floor.

DO I HAVE TO USE MY PLUS CARD TO RECEIVE THE PLUS-MEMBER BENEFITS
Yes. If you are using the physical card and when you reach the PLUS tier, we will send you an email notification to collect your PLUS card from the information desk. Make sure to use the PLUS card to benefit from the PLUS membership rewards.
